Icings:
1. Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Smooth, creamy icing perfect for all cakes , just the perfect amount of sweetness to enjoy any cake.
2. Chocolate Ganache
Semi-sweet creamy delicious chocolate
3. Fondant
Sweet and creamy sugar paste with a very smooth fabric like look. Fondant means ” melting” in French
4. Modeling chocolate
Chocolate dough do add more richness and used mainly to make chocolate flowers.

Prices
- Buttercream cakes, price starts at $3.50 per serving.
- Fondant cakes price starts at $4.50 per serving.
- Novelty cakes and sculpted cakes’ prices vary depending on servings and complexity of cake, send me a text for a quote ( if you can attach a picture or give me more details would be great) .
Cake tasting / Consultation:
Cake tasting is available by appointment. To schedule an appointment click here to send us an email for availability.
We ask you to choose 3 flavors of cake which we will pair with complementing filling flavors.
The tasting is for up to 3 guests and it includes a 30 min. cake tasting / consultation where we discuss flavors, style, servings, designs etc. Please bring any inspiration you are using to start designing your cake.
The fee is $30 dollars and needs to be paid to schedule your appointment. If you book with us, the $25 dollars will be credited to the total of your cake so the tasting is complementary to our clients.
